If you've seen previous IBN epics with Nicole and Omega, you know that these are the ultimate sisters of sadism, goth bitches who love nothing more than to kidnap a hapless slave (a numbskull named nathan, in this case), then keep him thoroughly bound in their well-equipped dungeon. "Might as well just finish him all the way," Nicole suggests as they use their hands over his mouth to suffocate him. "I love the gagging sounds," Omega squeals. "They go into that cute little convulsion thing." But they don't want him to bid adieu TOO rapidly! They try out every variety of choke-torture imaginable - including butt-suffocation, twat-suffocation, and forced foot-choking. "Pinch his little nose shut!" Nicole suggests. "I just want to crush him!" Since nathan's in a straitjacket, there is no way he can escape as they pound him beneath their spike heel shoes. Removing the straitjacket allows them access to his bare tummy, ripe for stompitude. "What's the matter?" Nicole asks nathan. "You don't like having your windpipe crushed beneath my heel?" "He's young…he won't die just yet!" Omega notes. There's crotch-torture galore (those sharp heels go RIGHT into his balls!), rib-kicking, trampling, crushing, barefoot head-smashing, LOTS more kicking, ab-jumping, twat-suffocation, throat-wringing, kneeing, thudding full-body drops right onto his tender ribs, four-hand choke action ("Look, his eyes are rolling back!"), nipple pulling, and enforced barefoot toe-worship - he cleans the soles.
